From the first message to the end product, they were first class. A quote was received, accepted and a date in principle (with it being an outside job it was weather dependent) within half an hour of me reaching out to them. The date did change due to the weather, but again, Mel at the office gave plenty of notice about this, as they clearly do their due diligence days beforehand in checking what our glorious weather will bring.
