I have been visiting my friend in Civita once a week for the past five years. I have also been her companion to multiple medical appointments both to help her communicate and to help manage her anxiety. My rating reflects in particular the outstanding performance of staff member Vasi. Vasi has been a lifeline, insuring that transportation is always scheduled appropriately and needed paperwork is ready to bring to the doctor’s office. I have been at this facility since February 2025. The Care I have received from everyone at this facility has been exemplary. From the nurses, nursing aids, Nursing supervisors, physical therapy, personnel, facilities personnel, social workers, front desk personnel, kitchen personnel, housekeeping and transportation has been incredible. if you’re interested in placing one of your loved ones for wonderful care I highly recommend Savita care center in Cheshire.
The facility is clean and secure. I felt comfortable visiting my cousin in the main dining room.
