Well to talk to a lawyer or not is what is still racing in my head. After having to have my sister call 911 to get an ambulance to get our dad out of this place after he called me clearly in need of help.After gathering evidence I'm hoping this review will be enough to let it go since I really don't want to be that guy. Every time I visit Civita, I am greeted by such a welcoming smile by the woman sitting behind the front desk. I think her name is Vasi. Always busy, she will do everything she can to accommodate the needs of a resident or family. The only frustration is that she doesn't always meet with cooperation from whoever needs to provide a service. My friend, who I visit at Civita, said to me, "I never saw someone who worked so hard," and I agree with her.
Absolutely horrible place. Trying to reach a patient is some sort of a game to them. They put you on hold and hang up. Not recommended
