Every time I visit Civita, I am greeted by such a welcoming smile by the woman sitting behind the front desk. I think her name is Vasi. Always busy, she will do everything she can to accommodate the needs of a resident or family. The only frustration is that she doesn't always meet with cooperation from whoever needs to provide a service. My friend, who I visit at Civita, said to me, "I never saw someone who worked so hard," and I agree with her.
Absolutely horrible place. Trying to reach a patient is some sort of a game to them. They put you on hold and hang up. Not recommended

I am pleased to learn that the staff and higher ups took an issue i was dealing with and jumped right in to make sure that any problems with service or staff would be addressed properly and promptly . A couple of the bosses called me directly to assure me that it matters to them and that meant the world to me. I want to say thank you to all step in try to help resolve any issues I may have had there I want to say thank you to everyone and I really mean thank you so much you guys are great
