The Technician (Noah Ballew) from Cheshire Heating and Air Conditioning arrived promptly toward the beginning of a narrow timeframe and was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Pleasant surprise considering the extremely low temperatures today. He was also a very nice young man. He serviced our 2 HVAC units and was out of here in a short time. He even put on shoe covers! We’ve used Cheshire in the past and highly recommended them.
I've used Cheshire for over 20 years. Recently, they've undergone a change of ownership. This review is for Cheshire under their new management. I've used them recently to install two new Carrier humidifiers on our HVAC system. I've found them to be as friendly and as easy to work with as ever. Technician Eric did an excellent job installing the humidifiers and responded promptly to a very minor water leak. I'll keep my review up to date but so far I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the new Cheshire.
