We have used this company for 9 years. The owners of the home used them before us. We have had seasonal maintenance and purchased HVAC units. Excellent experiences
Our AC went out on Saturday of Easter weekend when we had family visiting. I called Cheshire thinking it would probably be Monday before they could come out. To my surprise, I reached on -call tech Matt Sturgill who had just left our area. He immediately turned around and came back to our location within 45 minutes. He had our unit fixed and blowing cold air within 30 minutes! Tremendous service and response, and on a holiday weekend! We highly recommend Cheshire Heating and Air!
I have used these guys a few times. Honest employees that I trust and prices are fair. Tommy was my latest tech that came out and he was fantastic. Much appreciated.
I changed to Cheshire because of the good experiences my son has had. I am not disappointed in changing. This morning Noah was polite and informed. He did not try to sell me something as the other hvac company did every time they came out. I am glad I had a good recommendation with Cheshire.
