I have been a patient there for over 20 years but it has really taken a nose-dive since Dr. Olsen retired and Covid allowed for changes to patient interactions and billing. Once in the door, the medical staff is kind and helpful but the scheduling and billing practices (not to mention basic compassion for patients) is suspiciously absent in the front office in recent years.
