I had a very serious blockage in the outside drain I contacted clear drainage. solutions who were more than helpful.. They sent help the same day. LEWIS who carried out a difficult job was excellent, he got on with the job with no fuss and was very oleasant young man. I would recommend this company and would certainly use them again if the occasion arose. Thank you Tony and family
The job had been done and good. However, as my insurance company requested that need he CCTV footage and a detailed report. So, I asked them send to me, but over 2 months (Feb to April, 2024), they still have not send to me. On 1/May, I asked again, they told me, the video is lost and ask 2 guys come to my house to take a new video ...... !!! Horrible, how to I take a new video that my drain is unblocked to claim a insurance.
