I costed the bathroom at about £4-5k using a healthy markup of 50% on all materials and new suite after I'd found my dad had been charged £8k or over (he's rather reticent) even with a 50% mark up on materials, fittings, and materials. My elderly disabled father went ahead as it was advertised in NARPO and was charged around £8k. Don't know if he's paid in full yet but I'll be registering my LPA and going after the Councillor for Godleys brother
