Excellent friendly service
A person came out on day contacted, as he was working on a properties bathroom one mile away. Ordered the part for shower, took a few weeks to fit part. After 4 months the problem returned, on contacting their office, I then received an email saying, they no longer cover this area. So I telephoned again to mention that the part would be under a guarantee. They did not reply.
My 90 year old parents bought a boiler last July from Cheshire Boilers. They were promised a regular service. They have rung several times to arrange this and they have been repeatedly fobbed off! Come on Cheshire Boilers what sort of after sales service is that?!
Cheshire Boiler Services are an excellent company. Used them for a replacement installation of an oil boiler and multiple radiator replace. On time.. quality work.. excellent engineers and customer communication. Completely satisfied.. Would recommend.
Absolutely first class service. From the admin team to the engineers, Cheshire boiler services have come to my rescue on numerous occasions. Extremely helpful and really try to squeeze you in if you are stuck. Engineers are lovely and give lots of good advice and Amy was amazing to get someone out to me so quickly
