I have been to this location a total of 3 times. The 1st two times, I had the best experience. I received knowledgeable, courteous, efficient service. I felt the pricing was also fair. My most recent experience was less than desirable because $1,300.00 later, my vehicle is still having the same issue. I will have to take some fault in being mislead. I didn't fully do my research. Noise under the hood didn't justify a rear differential mount. Did I even know where the differential mount was before this......NO! A quick Google... read more
I have a hybrid Toyota. The battery died and I had to have the Highlander towed. Wayne was great about keeping me informed. I received a new battery, an oil change and service and 4 new tires.
Wayne was very communicative, helpful and efficient. Phenomenal wprk, customer service and prices. I will take my car no where else now, even for oil changes. HIGHLY REC0MMEND.
