A waste of my time
Love the staff last year ! Not sure of the new company tho ??? I gotta find out soon with my next appt. Hope my insurance can still take it. Will go soon!
Good practitioners, knowledgeable. And convenient location.
It’s almost impossible to register as a new patient and get an appointment. After a long time waiting on the phone, someone finally picked up just to inform me that they don’t accept NEW PATIENTS. I told that lady that online it clearly said that they do accept new patients (picture below) but she insisted that that’s not true.
My experience with this office has been completely awful. I want to start by saying that I am a Nurse and have been for over 30 years. Let’s start with the unprofessional attitude of the Staff. I tried to schedule an appointment for my Daughter to get an IUD and every time that I do, the staff informs me that she has to be on her cycle. My Daughter’s cycles are very irregular.
