Dr. Russell and staff are stellar. I used to hate going to the GYN office, but ever since I transferred my care to Chesapeake, I have had such a great experience, and my anxiety has subsided. I have had excellent experiences with every provider here - this is my second pregnancy with this office and I’m currently expecting twins, so I’ve had plenty of appointments. The reason I didn’t give five stars is because their office staff is simply not good anymore. I don’t know what changed but they need a new office manager to get things running properly again.
