My daughter had an appointment. They called her three times in the same day the day before the appointment to verify the appointment she answered and spoke to them all three times seems a little excessive, when she got to her appointment they told her that she didn’t have insurance, despite having a letter from the insurance company in her hand stating that she did have insurance, they were unwilling to contact the insurance company, which had a number and a contact person on the letter. Chesapeake Women is a wonderful group of providers
Dr. Penn is one of the best doctors I've had the pleasure of seeing. He's very kind and caring. He has excellent bedside manner and he's an excellent surgeon. My issue is with the office staff. There was an issue of when my mom's appointment was and for some reason they didn't have her number on file? Or have her setup a patient portal account to verify when her appointment was?
