Physicians are great. Some office staff in Waldorf location not so much. Can't get their appointment process straight. Had them cancel 1 appointment the day before I was scheduled. Had to cancel the new one because I couldn't make it. Third appointment was never put in computer so I show up to no appointment.
Prince Frederick is where my review is based on & comes in at a one star as the receptionist & Medical Assistant were very rude for both visits. The Dr. however was not as thorough as Dr. Bertelle in his explanation of where his concern was, but still pleasant in addressing additional questions and concerns I brought up.
The visit was comfortable for a first visit everyone was kind and caring, Dr Sadiq explained everything so that we understood what was happening and the next steps very satisfied thank you all for your professionalism.
Dr. Saadiq is amazing. If I had to have a heart issue and I did; I would want him to treat me. His expertise, compassion, understanding and wisdom are refreshing after an alarming experience. Thanks!
