No longer a Client. I called and scheduled an appointment for a follow-up of Cardiac symptoms. I was given an appointment for 0830. I left early for my hour drive and due to the rain, called the office prior to my appointment at 0825 to let them know that there was traffic but I was on my way and my arrival time. The office was closed and I was unable to get through. I called back at 0838 with the arrival time of 0846. when i initially signed up for the doctors appointment i noticed that this location had me on hold for an undue amount of time , i went went through multiple times calling and being put on hold and almost being put off as if my appointment didn’t matter . after about a 20 minute hold time my call was taken and i was scheduled . today i called and i had to call 8 times all i kept getting was “ please hold “ to get directions to the building as it is not the easiest place to navigate . one lady answered and even told me to sto... read more
