The wait was horrible
when i initially signed up for the doctors appointment i noticed that this location had me on hold for an undue amount of time , i went went through multiple times calling and being put on hold and almost being put off as if my appointment didn’t matter . after about a 20 minute hold time my call was taken and i was scheduled . today i called and i had to call 8 times all i kept getting was “ please hold “ to get directions to the building as it is not the easiest place to navigate . one lady answered and even told me to sto... read more
This place is terrible. It gets worse every time i come here. With an 830 appointment time the Nurse Practioner came in at 855. She came in and asked what i was there for! So in the 20 minutes I have been sitting in this hot room you haven't read my test results! She then asked when was each test done! Read the damn chart! All i want are my results which apparently are not in the system. This place needs an overview ASAP! A bunch of excuses and rushed exams are the norm here.
