Had a procedure scheduled and the day before, I got a call from the office "scheduler" that they needed my blood work done before they could do the procedure. I explained that I had blood work done by my endocrinologist 6 weeks ago and she retorted that she couldn't find it online and if she didn't have it, the procedure would be canceled. EXTREMELY RUDE! I said go ahead and cancel the procedure and I will look for a new urologist.
