Dr. Lerner is an excellent physician who is very knowledgeable and thorough with her patients and willing to listen and take time to explain what is wrong in a friendly manner. She is approachable and willing help. Dr. Lerner takes an active role in patient care! Poor customer service support and physician follow up. My experience was the same as Carolyn Baublitz. I went in for cystoscopy on a Friday, and developed a severe UTI by Sunday. I was in a lot of pain. I went to Chesapeake Urology to leave a urine specimen on Monday, but I never received any follow up after placing calls to their office. They left me in severe pain upon urination for days until I went elsewhere for an evaluation and received an antibiotic within an hour from another health provider.
