Dr. Kausik is very professional and caring. He gives thorough explanations and answers all questions in detail. He does not rush and will get to the root cause of a problem. Dr. Kausik reviews all test results and information before he determines a course of action. The staff is friendly and efficient. I am so glad that I found Dr. Kausik: he provided real solutions and did not just prescribe medications as a solution.
I really respect Dr Kausik and the staff at the Havre De Grace office. 1st, he is extremely professional. The staff is 100% polite, kind and most important to me they respect MY TIME as a patient. I hate Doctors. Why? Because they do not respect the appointment process. I have sat in other offices for an hour or more before being seen. Dr. Kausik and his staff respect the appointment time. Dr Kausik is a remarkable doctor. He is the 3rd urologist I've seen for bacterial prostatitis. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, fluent with cutting edge research, and extraordinarily professional. I'm so grateful to have found him! He gave me my life back! I'd recommend him to anyone without reservation.
