I would not recommend this man to anyone, he was a "Urologist " in Charleston WV, and completely destroyed my father's life. My father was told by "Dr. Davalos" that he had penile cancer.. I was present at the time of this announcement to my father. In order to cure the Cancer, Davalos said that they had to remove the cancer.
