I found Dr. Shih to be very helpful and willing to answer all of my questions. I like her "tell it like it is" demeanor and how thorough she is in helping me. She also gives choices on treatments. I have found the staff to be helpful and friendly. Everyone I have encountered in the past few years has been very professional.
Dr. Shih has been able to significantly help me with an ongoing issue that has now subsided for the time being. She's extremely thorough and knowledgeable and she spends plenty of time with her patients.
The staffs are very inconsiderate and rude I don’t recommend this place
Terrible. No exact diagnosis of what I was dealing with and it seemed the doctor was rushed during my appointment. Aside from leaving the office with more confusion of why I was experiencing my symptoms, with no definitive diagnosis- I get the headache of getting a bill in the mail a month later after SELF paying before even being seen by a doctor at each visit. Not once, but TWICE. Do you even need a High school diploma to work here?? The Billing department when calling to address the random bill, are 'Snooty' and rude. I w... read more
