I was at the Towson office today for an ultrasound. It was given to me by Donna Seyfert, RDMS. She was extremely wonderful. She explained what she was doing and how long it would down to the minute. She was just so kind and nice. Then I met with Dr. Kelly Johnson who was just as kind and nice. And the girl that made my next appmt for me was absolutely wonderful also. What a nice experience. Thank you.

Terrible!! The worst. I've tried two different center locations, Columbia and Owings Mills, and three different doctors with Chesapeake. Terrible communication, terrible doctors. One doctor one week said one thing, so I saw another doctor with a practice the next week who said a totally different thing. If your condition could possibly be life-threatening, you may you lose your life if you come here. Please, If you care about yourself at all, try your best to find a different doctor's office.

Scheduled for a procedure at 1:15. Got there at 1:00. Had to wait over 3 hours before taken back. No info given while we waited … only if we asked! Communicate with your patients! Tell them what is going on! Maybe you could have called us prior to us leaving to say come a little later!!! Then we were told to come back in the morning between 8:30-9 to have catheter removed. When we got there, told we were NOT on the schedule..they would get us in sometime. That wait was 45 minutes. Not a great way to run a business.

Horrible customer service. When trying to reach a nurse at the Owings Mills Office, I had a very young, not so very competent regarding her knowledge of the company. Also in her talking with patients, she was way too casual in her speech. Would not let me talk to a nurse, but said I would get a call back from the front office. I think they are outsourcing their incoming calls to remote workers. Not happy I could not get through.
