Brightview has discriminated against me for over 3 years. I had previous medical problems before I came. But neither of the issues interfered nor interacted with methadone.i signed a roi and still and submitted all of my other medications. Neither was a narcotic. They made the process so easy. Everyone is so nice and nonjudgmental. Never waited more than 15 minutes and that was during the new patient intake, after that, I'm in and out in 15 minutes tops. Being able to get my prescription right there makes it so much easier than going to my pharmacy and hoping that they have my medicine in stock. The best part is it is completely covered by my insurance. I was previously using an online doctor which didn't even accept insurance, paying $100 a month for the appointment. I have been to a few different programs, first off Stacy the front desk help is very ignorant as today I was harassed verbally because it was Friday and she didn't wanna dose me at the 1pm cut off and said to just stop whining as they are closed all weekend so i would have went fri sat and sun without medication.. smh.. this is a monthly accurance with this employee but there is no1 else working there so I guess bad help is better Than no help. Horrible staff. There are no doctors or counslers in the facility for o er 6 months now. No one ever sees us and if there is ever an issue or problem there is no one to resolve anything at all. For someone that is tryn to do everything by the books and live a normal life they make it sooo much harder .I have tried calling an expressing my problems and nothing changes how is it legal that I haven't even seen a counselor in over 6 months something very fishy
