I had a fantastic experience working with Mike from CSS. He was very thorough, professional, and took the time to explain both the setup process and how to use everything afterward. What really stood out was his responsiveness and dedication to customer service. After the installation, I accidentally disconnected one of the devices myself and caused an issue. Absolutely worth the five stars! Great install experience with CSS and especially Michael Nelson! He went above and beyond expectations, and did the "little things" without even asking. I highly recommend CSS and look forward to continuing to work with them.
We had Michael and Calvin from CSS install our alarm system, Wi-Fi extenders, and mount our TVs - such an easy process and the results are perfect. Michael & Calvin were professional and personal, making sure that we had all the right equipment in all the correct locations.
