I like Dr Spencer
I went to Dr. Spencer for a gastric bypass in February 2022. He was awesome. He shoots from the hip and doesn't mince his words but I appreciate that level of honesty from someone who is going to cut me open. He was incredibly professional and my surgery went perfectly. My recovery was uneventful. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone thinking of having bariatric surgery. If you're going to have someone rearrange your organs you may as well go to the most experienced surgeon you can find.
He's my best Surgical doctor I seen so far.
Dr. Spencer and his team are AMAZING! He is definitely a little tough and rough around the edges (old school Navy). But I truly appreciate his blunt approach and honesty. My surgery (5/3/21) was smooth and he really made me feel much more at easy through the process. His approach/bed side manner may no be for the sensitive type; but my husband, 5 sons and myself appreciate him for all he has done to help me!
