Glen was extremely helpful getting us set up with our new storage unit and walking us through the contract procedure.
Gate has been broken for 6 months. They keep making empty promises about it being fixed. Nothing currently stored here is secure. They give no compensation for not fulfilling their sales promises.
A little misleading on the costs.
Customer service was amazing! I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that helped me, but he was sooo sweet and kind! I believe it was maybe Noah or Nick? Anyway, not only that, but the move in and move out process was super easy and smooth and the price was very reasonable! I also love how easy it is to access my unit. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and will recommend CubeSmart to anyone who needs storage in the future!
