Workmanship and quality issues. Builder did not honor the home warranty. It was new construction. While much of the house turned out fine, there were issues with weatherproofing that caused leaks in the house. We had a 3rd party inspector come out to identify the issues in workmanship so we could address the leaks. There were also issues with the top floor railing, which we had to secure later.
