I went to this Goodwill store today to donate several items, and unfortunately, I had a very negative experience. From the moment I arrived, the man who assisted me was extremely rude. I greeted him with a “good morning” twice, but he completely ignored me both times. As I started handing him the boxes of donations, he placed them in a shopping cart. No reason for the Donations process to take so much of my Saturday! The worst! Fix this or shut down immediately!
The fitting rooms have been closed since COVID, there are no mirrors to even hold items up, and I tried on a jacket and was scolded by an employee that there is no trying items on. There is a 7 day return window for store credit. The store is clean but I found sizes for clothing and shoes to not be very well organized, some racks definitely overcrowded. Pricing seems lower overall than the last couple of times I visited, but inconsistent. Overall some good items to be found.
