I had a 9:20am follow up appointment with Dr. Omar Ahmad on 6/4/2027. I pre-checked in on the portal and arrived around 9:23am to find a full waiting room of patients. 15-20 minutes later I received a call from the receptionist asking if I was still making my appointment and if my insurance has changed. Overbooked everytime. Been told that I can't go back with my loved one because there is no more room. Just asked people to wait outside in the hallway. This is ridiculous.
