My first visit to their office, almost 2 hours after my scheduled appt time, I was rushed through to an improperly sanitized exam table, to meet with a doctor for 15 minutes and receive a surgical appt and be sent on my way. Their surgical packet states that you need to meet with pre-anesthesia 10 days before the appt. My knee replacement went well and everyone at this center did a great job. The one thing I want to point out is to buy a knee wrap online before your surgery so you don't need to take the one offered on surgery day. A third party billed me for $80 as it was not covered by insurance. I could buy a similar wrap at Amazon for $20-$30. I feel this was a rip off.
