Staff and doctors are excellent!
I was very disappointed with my first experience with Katie Mann, NP . She was attentive to my questions, but skipped the physical exam part of my annual checkup - didn't listen to my heart or lungs, didn't check my ears, nothing. I sat in the chair the whole time, and she didn't Exam me physically , which felt like a major oversight. She took my medical history and sent me for bloodwork.Given my past visits to this location, this was a really disappointing experience.
I have been a patient of Dr. Mundy for the past 1 to 2 years and have received truly excellent care. The administration of staff is kind, patient, and always willing to accommodate scheduling needs. Dr. Mundy provides person-centered care that never feels rushed. The office is quiet, clean and I enjoy being there for my appointments.
I am so pissed 😡 off right now, I have been telling Mrs. Monique Brock I needed to see her because the ER said that I had pneumonia and I had to talk with my PC and she is never available to take my call or ever call back!! I Had 2 different types of pneumonia I find that negligent and unprofessional. This is not the 1st time something like this has happened. She makes this a common thing.
