Just moved to NC from Texas and was DREADING finding new primary care. It's always a whole thing finding a place that'll accept you, finding a doctor that is accepting patients, and settling in with a doctor that you feel is a good fit for your needs. When I call to make an appointment I don't like being belittled by a receptionist. That happened recently and I have been a patient of Dr.Peck for years. Of course she don't know how receptionists talk to you and that is why I am reviewing the conversation I had with Stephanie. I am too old to be talked down to . Dr. Peck is on top of game . Receptionists need to be more respectful.
Loved going there everyone was friendly. Only problem is when an emergency arises and you need certain medications, the doctor doesn't feel ethically comfortable even giving you even a emergency 30day supply. Even though you have done all the steps to get your meds elsewhere, as well as you've been on the same meds for 20+yrs with no change. She really takes the time to make you know she is listening to you, and is going to provide the best care. I haven’t experienced this is a dr in all my adult years and it’s very appreciated.
New patient here and I already feel very comfortable with my physician and the staff here. I have had many bad experiences with doctors offices in the past and hate going. But the staff and doc were very friendly and down to earth to talk to about my concerns. Office was very clean and organized. Thank you for the great experience today.
