Front desk staff was nice. However I’m giving one star because it literally took two months to get a call to review results of my lab work, which wouldn’t have bothered me if I hadn’t been told each time I called “you’ll hear from us by the end of the week” but never did. Very frustrating dealing with this practice.
Looking at the reviews and having the same issues with rude and dismissive front desk staff for multiple weeks. Seems to me like its an ongoing situation and they dont care to address it or even care for quality customer service at all. **DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE.
Not happy with this practice at all. Any of my concerns during pregnancy were dismissed by staff and Dr Williams. I hadn’t had an ultrasound since I was 20 weeks then Dr Stephenson took my concerns seriously and had me set up. Upon that I had to have an emergency c section. Three weeks prior I was admitted to sentara for decreased fetal movement and high blood pressure which the Dr in hospital advised me to let my provider know the med changes to which he was “uncomfortable” providing me the dose of my blood pressure medicat... read more
READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT. Dr. Jacqueline Stephenson is wonderful and very caring, but the office staff has horrendous customer service. They have no ability to connect with patients, especially first-time mothers. The front desk attendant, Amber Richardson, is rude and dismissive. She contradicted what Dr. Stephenson told my wife about scheduling the next appointment and then dismissed us when we asked for clarification.
