I've been a patient at this clinic for years and have seen Dr. Ruiz and Renee Olexy. The staff and providers are caring, excellent and thorough. I've always been seen on time and never had any issues.
I just made an appointment on 12/2/24, and the person who works in scheduling could use some customer service training. It doesn’t take much to be pleasant. I hope the actual visit is a better experience.

This is the WORST CLINIC ever! Im crying in tears, we are on time, they check me in, and waited for 45 mins to almost an hour, if i did not approach the front desk that I’ve waiting for so long , i didn’t know that they cancelled my schedule. They said they called me yesterday, but i didn t even have a miss call, Showed my phone to them- no miss call, no voicemail, no txt message, no email And when I asked them, what will I do, THEY ARE IGNORING ME!!!!
