I had a very positive experience at Chesapeake Radiology. I am extremely claustrophobic and they made me feel at ease. I needed 2 MRIs and an other facility would only do them on 2 separate visits. Chesapeake Radiology was able to do them in one visit, which made the process more comfortable for me. The staff was so friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend CR . They made an uncomfortable situate tolerable.
It's been a week since my MRI and they have not sent the results to my primary! They wanted 1.00 for a report to be sent to my home. The tech never spoke to me while I was in the machine! Not very comforting!
Very nice people
The machine went down during the test- so that wasn't fun. But the staff was courteous and made it the best experience that they could under the circumstances. The whole system rebooted and they had to start over- but the tech was great throughout the procedure!
