I’m concerned this agency lacks understanding of aging adults and their rights. When I called about in-home PT for my 80-year-old parent recently diagnosed with early dementia, I was immediately told they would report the situation to Adult Protective Services simply because he lives alone —without asking questions, without knowing anything about his living situation, reviewing the doctor’s referral, or assessing his needs. These people are refusing to help my sister. Do not readmit. I've advised her to file complaints. Im also going to file one of my own after their nurse came into my home, called 911 for an overdose, and gave a septic paient with a heart rate of 150, narcan. Never touched her or took her temperature. Substandard care. Maryland's office of health care quality. I myself, a nurse of 39 years will file a complaint with Jacho.
Best wound care I've ever received. Nurse kylee dose a wonderfully professional job. She is extremely pleasant and courteous, important for wound healing. On time every visit, answers all my questions and concerns. Just a wonderful person to chat with also, wonderful young lady! T.plitt.
The leadership for this agency is poor. The services my mom received were determined by the nurse assigned. One nurse was racist, another rude. The best nurse performed her duties with efficiency and delicate care. When the agency tired of my high expectations for my mom's care, they decided they would discharge her as a patient in retaliation. This Agency didn't do me any good. Long story Short I had Knee Replacement surgery and I had some Drainage of Blood Around the Knee Stiches! The on-call nurse seemed like he didn't want to come out see my Problem! It took them almost 2 hrs to respond after an initial phone call about the Problem! Your Receptionist on the phone after calling twice seemed confused about the Nurse not calling me back until I bugged them! This service after isn't really helpful as far as I'm concerned.
