Super Friendly, Fast, Efficient, Knowledgable and down right AWESOME! I was so impressed from the initial phone call to same day estimate to next day repair. They replaced busted copper piping in our basement ceiling as well as reset and replaced both toilet flanges on that same waste line. Being a homeowner as everyone knows can be stressful when these types of things happened and I felt so at east with the service I received - they felt like family! Thank you for everything!!

Customer service, Off the hook! My house was built in 2003, well in 2017 the shower drain cover broke and I couldn't find one anywhere. I call on the off chance Chesapeake Plumbing could help. And Jen, researched the manufacturer and sent me a link on buying it on line. I was thrilled. She went above and beyond for me and I am thankful. You go girl!
