This company warrants a zero-star rating. A plumber dispatched by Handler Homes to address a slow leak at the toilet base flushed the toilet, reported seeing nothing, and disregarded our explanation of the slow leak. When we requested an inspection of the wax ring, we were quoted an additional $125 charge. The plumber further suggested the leak might be urine, prompting us to request a different plumber. His response was, "good luck, I am the only available plumber", demonstrating unacceptable unprofessionalism. Given this e... read more

Chesapeake Plumbing was contracted by Keystone Custom Homes to do the plumbing in my home and the work was sloppy and subpar. Kitchen sink shoved in and not sealed damaging my countertop, shower drain not installed correctly causing mold to grow in the wall and a few other issues. Prior to my 1 year warranty expiring they were to do a walkthrough and check all things plumbing and they hardly looked at anything and acted like them doing a check of things was a major inconvenience.
