I agree with previous poster on lacking staff service at Oakbrook. I have had terrible service and today was the last straw with this office. They seem to be more concerned with profits than patient care. My son rarely saw a doctor and was instead seen by nurses for both sick and well visits. Today they had a scheduling error, and after telling me they'd try to fit me in, they then said the available doctor on call wouldn't see him because he was only on call for urgent care.
