We have seen Dr. Samuel Jones twice for issues with our child. Both times our interactions were great- we felt heard, understood and were given recommendations. Would recommend for your ENT needs.
So far, not impressed. Test results linger in the office while the patient waits and struggles with a sinus infection.. even after a follow up call from the patient and being told the test results are marked urgent and would be called.. no call.
I went for a new patient appointment and thought the nurse practitioner Shannon Cox did a thorough exam and I felt confident leaving that I had been treated well. Until I got to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription she was to call in. There was no prescription, and now the office was closed. So I called the next day, twice now and was told she’s seeing patients she’ll take care of it when she’s done. Again no prescription and the office is closed
