I wished that I looked at the reviews several years ago before I went to this clinic. I had the same experience as many of the reviewers! They do not follow up with patients. Even the prescription that the ENT doctor was supposed to put in never happened. I will never go back to this place.

Scheduled an appointment just to be sent to a location that was shut down. 0/5 stars BEWARE!
I agree with the review by Ms. Freland. This place does not follow-up and that was the reason I took my business to Annapolis ENT and had the procedure done. Unfortunately, Katherine Perry and Chesapeake Otolaryngology found it necessary to put my account in collections for services they hadn't done hence trying to ruin my credit score. I paid my co-pay upon entering for my appointment, so I owe them nothing.
I don't know what's going on with your office. But I have been leaving phone messages for three weeks trying to get an appointment. I had an MRI as requested by Dr. Katherine Perry and no one calls me back. I am ready to find another doctor. How long does it take a doctor to read the results of an MRI?
