Poor Communication, Overcharging & Shrink Wrapping Over Snow (Teak Deck Owners Beware!) I had a very frustrating experience with Chesapeake Nautical Cruises regarding their shrink wrap service. Work quality for fiberglass work is definitely middle of the road. But they bill even before work is complete and they charge 5% late fee every 7 days. This amounts to over 200% interest. I have never dealt with any business that charges egregious late fees like this.
