Love the home, but trying to deal with them for installation and any issues is absolutely horrible. Paid up front and that may have been problem. Once they were completely paid they stopped working. They make promises and NEVER follow through. Guarantees date to b completed and was over month later. Tons of issues needing corrected says she takes care of you and the issue but does not. As I have caught numerous times. Over charge for things and tries to argue more work was done than actually was. Then stops taking calls etc.... read more
