The nursing staff is great. However the billing staff is trash. Ignorant. Hung up on me for no reason mid question. Could barely understand what they were saying. Proceeded to tell me when someone doesn't have insurance that can charge what they want. I would give them more stars if they employed Americans to answer the phone instead of foreigners you cant understand. I asked for an itemized bill and the lady on the phone was blown away like I was the only person to want an itemized bill. It sucks the rest of the staff gets ... read more
