Have used CMI for years and loved them. Always efficient and contact and making appointments was easy. Now, called today and went through a million prompts to a live voice (Indian call center?), who after providing all of my information as well as the order from my doctor, instructs me that fluoroscopy is not performed by CMI. I was told to contact my doctor and ask them where to get fluoroscopy. Very disappointing experience. UPDATE: CMI is no more as of Mar 1, 2026.
Pre-Merger this place was great. Not so much. The new phone tree is more complex than tax form. Is you press 0 it hangs up on you. Scheduling is very difficult. Wait times don’t resemble reality. Clearly lots of growing pains to work through.
Longer wait than I expected but courteous staff and good results make up for the delay😊
Easy access for locating, parking, finding first floor office just inside the building entrance. Friendly, helpful, and punctual staff. Smooth and easy visit each time I've been there!
My appointment was on time and professional. Experience was the best I have had with Chesapeake Medical Imaging.
