I have never experienced anything like trying to schedule an ultrasound in Annapolis. I was on the phone for 45 minutes making the test. I prefer the Bestgate location. The person making the appointment spoke very little English so it was an extremely difficult conversation. She had to be new as she wasn't able to understand the insurances. Well, considering I just spent 30 minutes on the phone with a service operator and they failed to even be able to simply schedule an appointment, its going to be the old 1 Star. Its horrible places treat you like this while going through such a tough time

THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE AT ALL, IF THERE IS A ZERO STAR I WILL GIVE THEM. THEY CANCELED ME RIGHT THERE AT THE LOCATION ON THE DAY OF MY TEST. THE APPOINTMENT THAT HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED LIKE A MONTH BEFORE ONLY FOR THE FRONT DESK TO TELL ME WHEN I WAS ABOUT CHECKING IN THAT THEY TRIED REACHING ME EARLIER THAT I WAS CANCELLED BECAUSE THEY DID NOT GET THE MATERIALS TO USE FOR MY TEST. Have used CMI for years and loved them. Always efficient and contact and making appointments was easy. Now, called today and went through a million prompts to a live voice (Indian call center?), who after providing all of my information as well as the order from my doctor, instructs me that fluoroscopy is not performed by CMI. I was told to contact my doctor and ask them where to get fluoroscopy. Very disappointing experience. UPDATE: CMI is no more as of Mar 1, 2026.
