Staff was friendly but professional, building clean and overall experience was positive. Very short wait period. Would recommend to anyone needing imaging
The staff is professional and helpful. I found the automated system impossible to navigate. In order to get my appointment scheduled I went in person to the KI location. The front desk staff member, Jennifer, sorted out the issue and quite literally accomplished what the automated system failed to do. There is no need for scheduling to be so difficult. Thankful that the actual staff members were great.
So I wanna give them 4 1/2 stars because in my mind for 5 stars, you have to be way above and beyond. I have dealt with them several times over the years and they have been consistently good! The new normal seems to Just be happy if you get a real person and don’t expect much. But I have to say 95% of the people that I’ve dealt with from people answering phones to desk staff, to the techs, have all been great.
