Cancelled my appointment two minutes before the scheduled arrival time, over a text message. The appointment had been scheduled for a week, they had multiple opportunities to call to reschedule or discuss that the imaging was unavailable at this location. Drove 40 minutes and wasted gas for nothing. Incompetence.
Making the appt was a breeze, and able to get a same day! The app utilized to send copy of the provider order was the simplest I have ever seen. Front reception was warm, and Amir, the technician was so polite, he made me feel I was his only focus, which is unheard of in modern clinic settings. I would choose to obtain all my diagnostic tests at the Maple Lawn facility. And this is coming from a nurse!
They were so fast, the facility is clean. The team was really nice the gentleman took his time with my daughter because she was nervous. Great experience overall
was supposed to get a call back to review the notes they left on my imaging, they never did. I was supposed to be contact by support to fix access to my web account, following their support process, i never did./ I was supposed to get a copy of my images following their image request process to get them to another doctor because they where useless, they never did get me the images. This Advanced Radiology represents everything wrong with health care in America right now
