Excellent. Nice to deal with humans instead of a bureaucracy. The tech who did my ultrasound was efficient but also caring. In making the appointment, I did not have to deal with a phone tree but talked to a human being in the office where I wanted to make the appointment. Also, I was able to make an appointment sooner than I could have at Advanced Radiology. A win all around.
Staff was kind and caring, appointment was speedy, and all of my questions were thoroughly answered with attention to my specific case.
Great experience. Made me as comfortable as possible during my MRI's and told me each step along the way.
