Seen right away. Technician very friendly. Had results on the patient portal that evening.
MRI process went smoothly. However, I wasn't told to be sure my phone didn't go into the MRI room with me and forgot to take it out of my pocket and leave it with my purse in the locker. I realized that my phone was in my pocket while I was in the MRI scanner. When I tried it once I got out, it was dead. I asked the technician if the MRI could damage my phone and she cavalierly said "maybe". The reason for my MRI made the MRI uncomfortable - but the experience I had with Chesapeake Medical Imaging was great. The scheduling process was easy. I was even able to move my scan up an entire week. The MRI tech was patient, explained the process, and made me feel very comfortable despite my pain. The check in was smooth, the entire appointment took maybe 15-20 minutes and my images showed up in the portal on the same day. The report was ready to review within 2 days, even on the weekend.
