!!!!!!!!Let’s normalize father‘s rights!!!!!! Instead not try to continuously take them and make us pay thousands of dollars and you sit by and do absolutely nothing. Men are having to move cases out of Chesapeake due to the neglect that these judges, and the attorneys that are affiliated with Chesapeake are allowed to get away with. Whomever answers the phone is very rude, I was trying to ask a simple question and was cut off & then transferred without being told. Also left a voicemail where I never got a call back.

I believe the intake officers genuinely want to help. However, the City of Chesapeake is hindered by outdated processes and systems and an entrenched good-ol' boys club that undermines employees' effectiveness.

Wow, just wow. You know what is sad? It is 2024 and good fathers are still having to go through court to have equal access to their child and then be denied for unjust reasons. A father’s love and influence is immeasurable. Unfortunately, this court thinks that uprooting a child in the middle of the school year (without a justified reason btw) is what is in the best interest of the child. Do better.
