Whomever answers the phone is very rude, I was trying to ask a simple question and was cut off & then transferred without being told. Also left a voicemail where I never got a call back.
I believe the intake officers genuinely want to help. However, the City of Chesapeake is hindered by outdated processes and systems and an entrenched good-ol' boys club that undermines employees' effectiveness.
