After a looking at many homes in the area, I went with Chesapeake - so glad I did! Diana and Brody were awesome to work with on-site and the corporate office is outstanding. Warranty service has been exceptionally responsive. I love my home and the neighborhood!
I started looking for homes in May 2023, knowing that I had to get into a less expensive home. I was in North Myrtle Beach, where they are over-building, so wanted an area that was in the beginning stages of growth.
