When we first started looking and were interested in a Chesapeake Homes, Diana was very welcoming. She was extremely knowledgeable about the homes Chesapeake offered and answered many questions. She was always available to help. What a great person to have as a first contact.
Have to share what a great experience we had with Diana Delponte. She was so helpful with every aspect of designing our home. She was always responsive if ever there was a question or concern and have to say that she was the reason we went with Chesapeake Homes.
If you want a great community which features Diana as the selling agent and Brock, as the project manager, than Goose Marsh in Bolivia is the place to be. I worked with Diana for close to a year before I made my purchase. She always checked in, no pressure, and let me know she was there when I needed her.
