Grantville Commons has gained the worst maintenance crew ever. My house (Owned BTW) is a double wide trailer on their lot undergoing a small remodel in one of my bathrooms. I put out a small old nightstand, and a stand-in shower (broken down so it does not take up space). They did not take them for weeks. I ended up with a notice on my door instructing me to get rid of it, along with the leaves on the yard that needed raked and grass that needed cut. I also was supposed to power wash my house.
