The audiologist quit. I went for my scheduled appointment and wa informed urudely that they were no longer there. I paid for a warranty. I have no service or upkeep on my hearing aids that really didn't work that well. When the audiologist etc. The room that is used to test the units is so small that it is not a valid test.
