They never answered the phone or return your call just shut this whole place down
They don't call you on the days you have an appointment. And then when you do call, they ask, can they call you at a later time in that time Arrives, and they don't call you again So you call them, and they don't answer. Old review : So i was told to come up here on Friday before they close at 430 i was up there at 326pm and they were freaking closed!!! I just wanted to get my card so i could get my stuff off my wic. This place sucks !!

I called to check on why my card was declined and was told I had missed an appointment back in November. when asked to make sure the exact date and phone number (I did not get a notification - which they did have the correct number on file) the lady (I believe her name was Karen) just laughed over the phone. this is not okay for people who are already struggling bringing food in the house. but to be laughed at by someone who is supposed to be helping you- and laughing throughout the end of the conversation... that's a new lo... read more
