I called to check on why my card was declined and was told I had missed an appointment back in November. when asked to make sure the exact date and phone number (I did not get a notification - which they did have the correct number on file) the lady (I believe her name was Karen) just laughed over the phone. this is not okay for people who are already struggling bringing food in the house. but to be laughed at by someone who is supposed to be helping you- and laughing throughout the end of the conversation... that's a new lo... read more
If I could personally give 0 stars trust me I would I called to set up an appointment , the lady on the phone was extremely rude and distasteful!!!
